Concept Homes hires only top notch tradepeople whose work is extremely high in quality, they conduct themselves in a professiona manner and they don't come with a very high price tag like some other high end custom home builders. Being in the trades, Dave and Rick we're nice enough to allow me to supply some of my own tradepeople in an effort to save some money. In they end the people I brought in were more of a headache than it was worth and I don't think I saved much, if anything. If you want a extremely high quality home at a reasonable price backed by a reputable and trustworthy company than the only option is Concept Homes.
